After 2 long years, Laugh, Lunch & Learn with Charmaine at the Creative Cook
are back!! Charmaine is the host of ‘In Char’s Kitchen’ and author of ‘Delicious &
Doable ~ Recipes For Real and Everyday Life’. Charmaine’s fun & energetic and
teaching style will inspire to get in the kitchen and recreate her recipes with ease.
*class includes: restaurant size portion of each dish prepared, a small sweet treat
for dessert, and copy of the recipe. Classes are demonstration style.

Spring/Early Summer Laugh, Lunch & Learn Classes with Chef Charmaine Broughton
All classes  cost $30.00 plus HST and are from 12-1pm.

Saturday April 15th:  Tuscan Tuna Casserole with Sundried Tomatoes, Olives & Asiago Cheese.

Friday, April 28th: Grilled Chicken & Lemon Salad with Fresh Herb Pesto (served on Big River Baking Co. Buns) and Mixed Green Salad.

Friday, May 12th:  Bunless Turkey Waldorf Burgers served with Mixed Greens.

Saturday, May 13th:  Savoury Croissant Pudding with Milford Bay Smoked Trout, Fresh Herbs and Aged Cheddar served with Mixed Greens.

Friday, May 26th: Veggie Loaded Pad Thai

Friday, June 2nd:  Sloppy Lamb Burgers with Lemon Yogurt & Olive Tapenade.

Saturday, June 3rd:  Salmon Burgers with Caper Lime Mayo.

Friday, June 16th:  Char-Shuka with Hiram Market Sausage, Olive Tapenade & Fresh Herbs served with Big River Baking Co. Sourdough.

Friday, June 30:  Grilled Chicken & Lemon Salad with Fresh Herb Pesto (served on Big River Baking Co Buns) and Mixed Green Salad.

Fri, Feb 24th - 12-1pm : "Chicken Shawarma Wrap" 

Sat, March 11th - 12-1pm: " Lahmacun" - Middle eastern flatbread topped with minced meat, vegetables, herbs, onion, garlic, tomatoes, red peppers, parsley, additional spices and then baked.

Fri, April 21st - 12-1pm: " Fetteh" is a Syrian dish consisting of pieces of fried flatbread covered with thick yogurt, hummus and chickpeas. Most commonly served for brunch.
